UK orders qualify for free return postage.

We accept returns worldwide. To return your item please use the Returns Portal below.

Please Note: We do not accept returns of boxers or sanitary items.

For returns being sent from outside of the UK, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage. 

We have a returns window of 90 days from when you have received your order, after which you will not be able to return it.

RETURNS WITH SIGNS OF WEAR SUCH AS STAINS/SMELLS WILL BE REJECTED

Your order number will begin with SP, US or GL.

Returns Portal

Damaged Items:If your item is damaged, please submit it for review through our Returns portal and choose 'Item was damaged'. Please upload clear photos of the damage and our team will take a look. We may need to contact you after submitting for more information. We do not require damaged items to be returned to us.

Wrong Items: If the item you have been sent is different to the one you have ordered, please select 'I received the wrong item'. 
Please make sure the photos you submit clearly show the size, colour and style of the item. 
For UK and US customers, we can provide a pre-paid label for you to send the incorrect item back and you may choose between a refund and replacement.
For customers outside of the UK and US, we are only able to provide replacements and are not able to cover return shipping fees, however we will add £10 store credit to your account when we receive the incorrect item back. Please include your name and order number so we can find you on our system.

Sizing problem: If you wish to return an item that didn't fit, please select 'Item didn't fit'. We are able to offer free return shipping to UK customers, and low-cost labels to US customers.
